How to take the Fit Score survey:
1. Login or create an Hcareers account and fill out all of the information on your profile
2. Start your job search with the Find Job page
3. When you are ready to apply for a job, find the "My Personal Job Fit" box on the job description page and press the "Update my score" button
After completing the Fit Score survey, you will see your score of how well you match job opportunities every time you search using the Find Jobs page.
